1. Who we are

This website is operated by MAZEMADE LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“we”). You can reach us at hello@maze-made.com.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us. If you use the contact form or email us: your name, email address, phone number (optional), the service you are interested in (optional) and your message; on the consultation page also your type of business, when you would like to start and the name of the ad or website that sent you.

Information collected automatically. Like every website, our server records standard technical data when a page is opened: IP address, date and time, page requested, referring page, browser and operating system. We set no cookies.

Visitor statistics. We count visits ourselves, on our own server: which page was opened, the referring website or ad, the device type (phone, tablet or computer), the browser and operating system, the browser language, the time zone set on your device (which tells us the country), which parts of the home page, services and client reviews you looked at, clicks on our contact and social links, and how long a page was open. To count each visitor once per day, the server forms a short code from your IP address, your browser and a secret that changes every day; the IP address itself is not stored, and the code cannot be linked to another day or to you. Only daily totals are kept.

Anonymous step counts. On our consultation page (maze-made.com/start) we count how many visitors reach each step, together with the name of the ad or website that sent them (for example “instagram”). We store only these daily totals, never who took a step. During your visit, your answers are kept in your browser’s session storage so they survive a reload; it is cleared when you close the tab.

3. How we use it

To answer your enquiry (including one confirmation email that it has arrived), to operate and secure the website, and to meet legal obligations. We do not use personal information for advertising.

4. Who receives it

We do not sell personal information and do not share it for targeted advertising. We share it only with the categories of service providers that run this website for us: a web hosting provider, a form delivery service and an email provider, each only as needed for its task. We may also disclose information when the law requires it or to protect our rights and the safety of others.

Should we ever sell personal information, you may opt out by writing to hello@maze-made.com, our designated request address; we respond within 60 days.

5. Do Not Track

This website does not track visitors over time or across other websites and does not respond differently to Do Not Track signals. No third party collects personal information about your online activities through this website.

6. Your choices

You may ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by writing to hello@maze-made.com. We will not treat you differently for doing so.

7. Retention and security

We keep enquiries as long as needed to handle them and as required for business records, and we protect them with reasonable measures, including an encrypted connection (HTTPS). No transmission over the internet is completely secure.

8. Children

This website is for businesses and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13; if you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Where we process

We are located in the United States and process information there.

10. Changes

If this policy changes, we publish the new version here and update the effective date above.
